Grover Sparkman, President

Grover Grover Sparkmanis a co-founder of Fairfield Financial. He has served for more than 40 years in the real estate business in the Pacific Northwest. He has functioned as a Realtor, a Real Estate Broker, an Appraiser, and a Private Money Loan Broker. He remains very active in the business, and is often sought out for his wealth of information by those within Fairfield Financial as well as our clients.

Louise Sparkman, Secretary/Treasurer

Louise Louise Sparkmanis a co-founder of Fairfield Financial. She served in a multitude of capacities for the company for nearly 36 years, including accounting, reception, and office management. She retired from these responsibilities in 1998, but continues to serve as an officer of the corporation, and often participates in making strategic business decisions.

S. Clay Sparkman, Vice President

Clay S. Clay Sparkmanis Vice President of Fairfield Financial. He has been brokering private money loan transactions since 1992. He holds an MBA degree from Portland State University and a BS in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Oregon. He manages the operation of the west-side office, is a key strategist in overall company direction, and continues to coordinate loans.

Kris Gillmore, Loan Coordinator

Kris Kris Gillmore is a New York native who moved to Oregon in the summer of 2003. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, and worked as a Food and Beverage Director/Chef before taking a job in Fairfieldís Accounting Department. Due to his excellent performance in this job, he was quite rapidly promoted to the Loan Coordinator position. Kris was married at the end of 2007. He is passionate about his work and plans on a long lasting career with Fairfield.

Elaine Pries, Controller

Elaine Elaine Pries grew up in the Portland area, where she attended classes in accounting, art and English through Portland State University and Portland Community College. She has worked in accounting for the last 25 years, during the last 10 of which she was a financial manager for a non-profit company. After spending one year in Kansas recently, Elaine returned to Portland and joined Fairfield to manage all aspects of accounting for the company.
