It is slightly dated, but the good news motors on. Let us celebrate the positives. (Yet, at the same time, let&#8217;s hope that we don&#8217;t go over a certain fiscal cliff, out of control and doing 90 mph. It will be interesting to see how that one plays out&#8211;or not&#8211;and what impact the solution&#8211;or non-solution&#8211;has on real estate markets in 2013. Any thoughts on that?)<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>During the past five years we\u2019ve&#8211;most of us who make our money in  the real estate market (in one way or another)&#8211;had a pretty rough time.  Certainly, few of us ever anticipated that we were in for a slump of  five+ years. And, of course, there have been the false-starts along the  way (several)\u2014real heart breakers.<\/p>\n<p>But now, for the first time, I believe it is safe to say that there  is solid evidence that a real turn around\u2014however slow\u2014is underway. And  it seems that many of the big thinkers in RE markets would tend to  agree. In that spirit, I thought we should celebrate a little.
