As a family, we&#8217;ve been in the Private Money Lending business for 52 years. It hasn&#8217;t changed much during most of that time. However, I fee it changing rapidly now. I recommend that we all remain vigilant. There will be an advantage for those who recognize the changes and trends and act on them accordingly.
