Certainly, few of us ever anticipated that we were in for a slump of five+ years. And, of course, there have been the false-starts along the way (several)\u2014real heart breakers.<br \/>\nBut now, for the first time, I believe it is safe to say that there is solid evidence that a real turn around\u2014however slow\u2014is underway. And it seems that many of the big thinkers in RE markets would tend to agree. In that spirit, I thought we should celebrate a little.
