Recently I came across several private money blogs that look to be quite good. I\u2019d like to share those with you.<br \/>\nThe first blog is called the Bigger Pockets Blog, and this particular post, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Make Your Hard Money Lender Friendly<\/span>, is quite good. I haven\u2019t been all through the blog, but I would guess that there is some good stuff in there.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.biggerpockets.com\/renewsblog\/2013\/04\/07\/hard-money-lender-friendly\/\">http:\/\/www.biggerpockets.com\/renewsblog\/2013\/04\/07\/hard-money-lender-friendly\/<\/a><br \/>\nThe second site is not precisely a blog. It is a site run by Montegra Capital Resources, LTD\u2014and it has a series of articles. The article here that struck me as quite solid is, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Hard Money Information: Thoughts on Wikipedia\u2019s Article.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.montegra.com\/blog\/hard-money-basics\/hard-money-information-wikipedias-article-thoughts\">http:\/\/www.montegra.com\/blog\/hard-money-basics\/hard-money-information-wikipedias-article-thoughts<\/a><br \/>\nThe final item I have to offer today is a blog for a site called DoHardMoney.com (not a bad idea). The article is called <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Bane of Real Estate Investors Everywhere!!!<\/span>, and it is in two parts.
